As we walked along the path, I felt a quiver of carefully concealed excitement. Who was this woman walking next to me, and did we really have anything in common? I felt comfortable and relaxed with our conversation, other than feeling sixteen again and knowing that I sort-of liked someone who sort-of seemed-to-maybe kind-of like me too.
