Annual Report
Our 2025-26 Annual Report will be available online after September 4th. Please get in touch with the office for a hard copy.
Call for Nominations
There are currently 4 one-year term positions open for the Board. Nomination forms are available online or by calling the office.
Registration
The AGM is open to all. However, to be eligible to vote, you must be an SHFS member with a current membership.
All SHFS members will receive AGM information and a registration form in the mail or, if you have provided us with an email address, by email. You can also register for the AGM here:
Registration deadline: September 22, 2026
Registration deadline to receive a hard copy of the Annual Report and AGM package: September 16. (Otherwise, you will receive the AGM package digitally.)
In advance of the AGM, we will send all registered participants a Zoom meeting link and step-by-step instructions for joining. You can participate on your computer, phone app, or by using the call-in feature.
If you have not used Zoom before and would like additional help, you can contact the office, and the staff will be happy to answer your questions and do a trial run.
